7. About Cookies on This Site:

Cookies are small text files a web site uses to recognize repeat users, facilitate the user’s ongoing access to the site and facilitate the secure use of the site. “Cookies” also allow a site to track usage behavior and compile site usage information that will allow for the improvement of content. This information is anonymous and we use this information only internally – we never give away information about our users.
In general, cookies are used to retain user preferences, store information for things like shopping carts, and provide anonymized tracking data to third party applications like Google Analytics. As a rule, cookies will make your browsing experience better. However, you may prefer to disable cookies on this site (and on others), and the most effective way to do this is to disable cookies in your browser. We suggest consulting the help section of your browser for guidance. If you elect to disable cookies in your browser, you may experience minor degradation in the performance of this website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies may last for up to one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for up to a year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or submit content on the site (where available), an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the ID of the content you modified. It expires after 1 day.

8. Embedded Content from Other Websites:

Articles and other content on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Cookies associated with embedded content from other websites behave in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Third party content and the policies of third party websites and content providers are their own. Visit the third party site for more information on that stuff.

9. Data Retention:

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you make a purchase on the site we retain the data associated with the purchase for at least as long as is required for administrative purposes.

10. Controlling Your Data:

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Make any such request using our contact us form.

11. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. Any representation, promise or condition not

explicitly set forth in this Agreement shall not be binding on either party. All additions or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and must be signed by both parties to be effective.
