What is Sound Yeti’s return policy?

If you are unhappy for any reason after installing, registering, and using the product, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. All validated refund requests will be processed within 2–4 weeks. Failure to include all required information may result in a denial of your request or a delay in the processing of your refund. Excludes products obtained as Not For Resale or products purchased at an authorized Sound Yeti Reseller/Retailer. Any products purchased with an authorized Sound Yeti Reseller/Retailer should be returned to the retailer from which it was purchased (subject to that retailer’s return policy). Partial returns of a multi-product bundle will result in a refund totaling the difference between the bundle price and the remaining full price product.

**NOTE: Users must successfully install, add, and activate their products prior to becoming eligible for a refund. Technical issues relating to Native Instruments Kontakt installation or serial code activation within Native Access do not meet refund requirements and should be directed to Native Instruments Support.

 Refund Process:

  1. Please submit a ticket notifying us that you have successfully used the product with your system but would like a refund.
  2. Once the refund is authorized, Sound Yeti will provide instructions on how to remove your serial code from Native Instruments Service Center or otherwise uninstall your product.
  3. Once the process is complete, Sound Yeti will refund in the amount of the full purchase price.
