Support / Installation / Is it possible to install to an external drive?
Most definitely! All of our Kontakt libraries can easily be installed onto any external drive of your choosing, and is a great way to save space on your device’s internal storage.
Though, if you have already added the library into Kontakt it will continue using the library’s current location as the access point when requested. If you would like to change your library’s location, you can follow the steps outlined in our guide for reference.
